Framing: 
Structure main frame of Portacabin is made out of 90mm x 90mm Box profile with 2.5mm to 3mm thickness.

Walls:
Externaly,walls are of a durable steel construction with high-performance, No maintenance aluminium-zinc coated steel cladding to offer protection against fire, extreme weather and accidental damage.
Internally, the walls are of Malaysian – MDF Wall Panels (0-6” x 8’-0”) for wall lining, providing an impact resistant, wipe-clean finish.

Floor: 
The floor has a rigid 10 – 12mm Cement Board, which offers a sturdy and robust feel. The suspended floor is completely integrated into the structure of the building. The design enables the building to be sited close to the ground for one-step easy access. The floor can be finished with a variety of floor coverings including hard-wearing vinyl, carpeting or chequerplate, depending on the application of the PortaCabin. 

Roof:
Outstanding insulation is provided by the construction of the roof. The roof deck is covered with solar-reflective, profiled aluminium-zinc coated steel to minimise heat gain. Internally, there is False Ceiling of Gypsum Board is designed to prevent condensation. 

Doors and windows: 
1 Door size - Std. (1065mm X 2134mm) Can be opened from outside the cabin (with Door Closer). 3 Sliding Windows size - Std. (915mm X 610mm) can be on the either side of the Cabin.

Porta Cabin layout: 
A variety of room layouts can be achieved by the installation of partition walls.

Design loads:
Live load 0.57kN/m2 Dead load 0.1kN/m2 Basic wind speed (according to MBMA-1996)

Fiber Glass insulation: 
The roof and walls are insulated with environmentally friendly Fiber Glass Insulation, insulation material that is lightweight and yet enhances long-life structural strength and provides energy-efficiency.

Electricity:
Internal Electrical Wiring is in the scope of Izhar Steel including the following.

• 01 No. Main distribution board
• 04 Nos. lights in false ceiling with energy savers
• 02 Nos. Electrical Sockets.
• 02 Nos. Telephone Connection Sockets.
• 01 No. Bracket Fan
• 01 No. Provision of A.C Split Unit (Provision only)
• 01 No. energy saver at the top of the main gate (outside)

Transport and handling: 
PortaCabins are transported by truck and may be craned into position. PortaCabins also have provision for lifting as standard. Our staff will provide full advice on the procedure.
